TeleMed is committed to protecting your privacy and personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our telemedicine platform in Benin and the West African (ECOWAS) region.

• Health data: Medical history, consultation notes, prescriptions, lab results
• Technical data: IP address, device type, usage logs

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data for service delivery, account management, communication, security, compliance with legal obligations, and platform improvement (aggregated, anonymized data only).

4. Data Retention

• Medical records: Minimum 7 years (or as required by Benin/ECOWAS regulations)
• Account data: Retained while active; deleted or anonymized within 30 days after closure
• Logs: Maximum 12 months
