1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TeleMed ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

TeleMed is a telemedicine platform that connects patients with healthcare providers (doctors, clinics, pharmacies) via secure video consultations, digital prescriptions, and related health services. The Platform operates in Benin and may expand to other West African (ECOWAS) countries.

3. Eligibility

• Patients: You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent to use the Platform.
• Providers: Doctors, clinics, and pharmacies must be duly licensed and registered in their jurisdiction to offer services through the Platform.

4. Medical Services Disclaimer

Telemedicine consultations are not a substitute for in-person medical care when necessary. For emergencies, call local emergency services (117 in Benin) or go to the nearest hospital. See our Medical Disclaimers for full details.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Benin. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Benin.
